AN EVENING WITH KEVIN SMITH.

Billed as approx 3 hours - Kevin Smith the creator

of many great films including "Clerks," "Dogma"

and "Zack and Miri make a porno" - as well an

numerous comics including making Batman pee

himself. I've always thought Kevin Smith was a

bit of an idiot, but his stories of; trying to direct

Bruce Willis; his gay friend coming out to him;

telling a 12 year old in the audience not to smoke pot;

as well as dealing with all the strange questions

from the geeks, well after 4 and a half hours I

thought he was a big of a legend. Another nice

experience at the Sydney Opera House.

2PM ON A SATURDAY - WE JUMPED IN THE CAR.....

.....and went for a drive to get out of Sydney.

I was driving so Claire was deciding.

We ended up just going North. And at about

4pm we got to Brooklyn near Dangar Island.

After a quick visit to the information centre

and a few dead ends we ended up here,

at an old converted convent. We rang "David"

in exchange for our credit card details for $150

we got given a code to a key safe, and then once

we got past that..... boom - a three bed monster

apartment.

It looks like it was built in the 60's.

Next morning we went off to Dangar Island on the Ferry.

It's so beautiful. We walked around for a couple of hours,

we even looked around a house - $710K .

We could buy it if we sold Heber Rd.

We found our ideal home. It's for sale at $799K.

No.28 on the Island. Remember that.

KATE NASH AT THE METRO.

SOo we're out in Bondi last Sunday and we

saw Kate was in Sydney in the week.

So I rang my mate Dave and we were VIP'ed

to the Virgin Mobile lounge and getting free booze.

(after we had Tapas at "Captain Tores".)

She played mainly new Album, which although

Claire was meant to be doing her homework she didn't.

My crappy iPhone didn't do her justice.
