Downsides:
The sound of the ocean (though admittedly this could be an "upside")
Being woken up on Sunday morning by nipper training tannoy.

Upside:
Too may to mention them all but an ice-cream van on your doorstep certainly is one.


Wilko certainly likes the choc tops.
