DAY 4: TIME FOR A TRIP.

So the way to get about in Bali is to hire a car with a driver and get him to take to you to all the places thou wanna see. Ours was called Toni (I don't think that's his real name).
We began with a few odd/cool statues.
Off to the temple on the lake (though it's actually by the sea - how does that work?)
And here it is, lets' go and have a look.
Just a few people who've already been there.
So we got blessed by a monk. Well we washed our faces in the stream, a bloke put some rice on our head a flower behind our ears and tapped us on the shoulder for a "Donation" - Wilko was well impressed.
I quite liked it.
She said it means "Mug" in Balinese.
It was spectacular though.
And she warmed up sooner or later.
A quite beautiful day.
And on we go.
To the next temple (we're number 6 - but don't tell anyone).

That's a good look.

Hello mate.
There's a "session" going on - bloody tourists taking photos.
It's alright there were loads of people doing the same and this lot were talking and smoking.

I'm getting quite use to this.
Wilko quite likes it too.
Some offerings - including a few sweeties.

Where next Toni.
Off to the Paddy fields.
Amazing.
It's just how they grow rice.
But it was spectacular.
Wilko is happy, honest.

Such beautiful patterns.
And Wilko's off to explore.
So beautiful.
All this walking, we need a hot spring. And luckily there was one on the way back.
And our first,Indonesian food. Not that impressive, but we got caught in a tourist trap. $10 for a buffet. But at least she's still smiling.
Now this is a lake, and quite impressive.

Shall we go on a boat ride? Or....
Out for some more cocktails.
Yep the cocktails won.

DAY 3. MORE OF NOTHING TO DO.

Up nice and early (10am) then off for some healthy...
..green juice. Apparently it's got spinach in it.
Then back to the pool. Cor it's exhausting.

Far too much for Wilko.
She brightens up when there's talk of pizza
(yep we're really getting into the local cuisine).

Time for another Bintang.

DAY 2. LET'S GET OUT THERE.

So we got up went for a stroll out of our villa for breakfast.
Down the little walk way.
Where are we going to go today?
Lets's consult the book.
Look at some sculptures and stuff.
That was exhausting back to a sun lounger.
A little bit more of a look around.
And back to the pool.
Then off for a luvvly curry.
And a few cocktails.

Happy Blue Eyes.

BALI BALI BALI.

It's getting cold in Sydney (yes it does get cold here) so unfortunately - not being able to go back to Europe for Rug and Sharon's wedding, we took advantage of a very kind offer from a friend of a friend and took his villa in Bali.
www.alubali.com
A happy Wilko.
Our living room (seriously).
Bedroom one - of two (this is our one).
And of course our own private pool.

Time for a Mexican (Mojo's) and a large Bintang.

MATTY'S BACK, YAPPA'S SMILING (AND NATH IS NATH).

4320LA gang back together. Where's Smiffy?

But like any other day in Sydney - The heaven's
could open at any moment.

A NIGHT WITH THE TUCKERS.

A bit of Pizza, in Bondi (yep we're there again)
With Russ, Cleo and Jay...

Then onto find a beermat that looks like Russ.

PAID TO GO TO A MUSIC FESTIVAL.

We created a campaign for Vinnies (a charity shop).
It's all explained on here www.signedfinds.com.au
But we had to go and get bands to sign a garment of their clothing.
We then bagged it and carried on.
Obviously there were few little tipples.

THE MAKING OF FINN WALLACE "LIFE'S GOOD."

There are better ways to make a living. But not many.
So I co-wrote a song (for LG) then shot a music video.
We travelled all over Sydney.
playing the song over and over again.

A quite lovely day, all in all.

HARRY'S IN TOWN.

Yep the rumours are true Neil "Harry" Harrison is in Sydney. And losing at pool.

A Drink With Brookevale FC.

It wouldn't be a night out without the finger game.

Damo sporting a scarf. Peacocking for the ladies.
Geoff passing on his years of experience to Nick.

Gaz asking Luke if he can borrow his hat.
