Ok, so after I gathered everyone on the jetty for

my birthday photo, I took Claire by the hand and

led her to the end of the jetty.... (she thought I was

going to push her in - funnily enough thats what

the boys were going to do with me, but they felt my

pockets luckily I kept the ring in the box).

Anyway I said: "This has been the best birthday

I've ever had (and it has) but it's missing one thing...."

And I dropped to one knee (in my flip flops) and asked Claire:

"Will you marry me?"

She teared up and said "Yes."
