Well here in Australia, they've got a major issue with Asylum Seekers. Not illegal immigrants, not even economic migrants - asylum seekers. People who are fleeing for their lives. And although Australia has signed the un convention agreeing to helping refugees - they still lock them up like criminals until they are processed. This can be 4 or 5 years. So we were challenged to educate Australians about what asylum seekers really are. And cool the heat on this hot potato of an issue.
So the plan was to take a hot potato van armed with the facts in the road.
10 days. Busting 10 myths. With 10 thousand potatoes. Inspiring 10 million conversations.
